Benefits
Our sliding sash window service in Surrey is fantastic for upgrading a Victorian property or adding character to a modern build. Our windows come with the classic aesthetic with long-lasting durability.
Enhanced Heat Retention
Our windows help reduce draught, minimise heat loss, and keep homes warmer. Our windows have been subjected to Window Energy Rating simulation calculations by an accredited British Fenestration Ratings Council (BFRC) simulator.
Thermal inserts composed entirely of recycled PVC-U are put in the production process to enhance the thermal performance of the windows. Compared to traditional steel bars, these multi-chambered extruded inserts are noticeably more thermally efficient, lighter, and provide better fixing screw retention during window installation.
Enhanced Security
Our windows come with modern sash locks to ensure enhanced security. These key-operated locks are present on both the top and bottom sashes, ensuring our sliding windows protect your home and family.
We have a wide range of styles, colours and designs to complement the rest of your home’s style. Our handles and knobs are crafted from high-quality materials, promising fantastic durability, performance and operation.
A UKAS test house has independently tested our vertical sliding uPVC sash windows in accordance with BS.6375 Part 1 “Performance of Windows.” According to the results, these windows’ tested Weather Performance Rating is capable of withstanding “severe” weather.

The classic
Sash windows are a timeless Victorian style that not only offer fantastic character to a house, but also offer fantastic operation. The Victorians understood convection currents, and being able to open the top part of the window allows for the hot air to escape during warm summers. When you combine this traditional design with a modern uPVC window, you get year-round comfortable performance: warm winters with energy-efficient materials, and cool summers.
Made to measure
Our sash windows are made to measure, where a member of our team will arrive at your property to take measurements and answer any questions you may have about our installation process. Our windows are then bespokely made and expertly installed in your property.
Our uPVC windows are also very easily maintained and much more durable than the traditional timber construction, not to mention a lot more cost-effective.
